Thought Katie would be better but no progress. We are so behind on data tooling and no strategy to move forward. The move to Dennis wont help as he is out of depth.

He's also way out of accounting guardrails, he's got significant ethics concerns happening with some of his leaders. I'd like to feel sorry for the guy but one has to wonder how an group with the responsibility keeping safe is widely known as the most backstabbing, ruthless and dirty dealing area around.

Things would change, if robo Katie had any say in high level decisions. At this point having no chief or m365 copilot taking decisions is even better
