I got NI and 0% Merit, just a bit over mid range on pay scale and still far on max scale…I guess the NI ratings so they don’t have to give raise, Pathetic!
@a5 Remote employees were funded at a lower rate than their hybrid colleagues, but only if their role type isn't classified as remote (sales, some customer support, others I am sure).
But, it was ultimately to manager discretion on how they spend their pool - there wasn't a requirement that remote got the allocated amount.

Wait you’re remote and got 2.4%. Remote 1.5% or so I thought.
