Thread regarding Optum layoffs

I don’t understand how higher GLs are getting such big bonuses while 26 and under get nothing . some of these bonuses are a third of my salary. I guess better to yall than the pockets of the executives.

3 (newly acquired company by Optum, I always received a 5 at acquired company. The over achiever in me was completely put off)

1%, yikes. Cost of living, higher insurance premiums, I’m now making $150 per paycheck less than when acquired. Moving backwards, it’s time to consider other options.

The one who said my manager had to fight is BS. That’s what they tell you. They’re to scared for their own job and raises.

People, remember what Candyman said. This is like a video game, what you received is already pre generated by the game. /Cheers!

5, 1.17% and there is little difference between top or lowest performers. 1% was the allocation for our site.

Not many people seem to discuss that your ranking is not actually 100% determined by your performance. If you are underpaid relative to others you have a higher chance of higher rating (so your 2% raise could still be barely more than a team member getting 1%)

Rated a 3 due to stack ranking at received .5%. Demotivated and discouraging considering the 401K cut too. Not sure how executive leadership can justify their millions when the average worker lives paycheck to paycheck and loses spending power every year due to them not giving us increases that keep up with the rate of inflation.

I got a 4 rating and a .91% raise. I know some who are very deserving got nothing. And they also reduced the company his contribution to our 401(k).

So.” bringing back the culture” clearly means toiling away to create wealth for Steve Helmsley and being treated like a serf”. Bring your tribute to the king and then go home to your hutand eat gruel!

4 - 0.8% (less the 1% decrease in 401K match = -0.2%) | Compared to 2.7% inflation in 2025 means I'm losing ground to inflation by roughly 3%.

got a 4 and a 2.75%. I was actually shocked. I was expecting a 0 like the past year. Not that it’s great or anything but that they tried for me.

When you consider that everyone who had been participating in the 401K got a 1% decrease in total compensation starting January 1st (via the reduced match), nobody here is even keeping up with inflation.
