Why Shell IDT employees are looking to flee the company

Wonder when WS figures out the so-called India project on his watch has been a total failure, like it has been for 25 years prior? WS claims to be smart but doing things that repeatedly fail and expecting a different outcome is not smart.
Maybe they are looking to flee the company to do actual meaningful work somewhere instead of being voluntold to participate in forced socialization, unnecessary travel and projects that yield nothing.
I heared Chevron and Ford in BLR are much better, but they only hire the best of the best. So only those can flee.
I am guessing this question is related to the Bangalore office. Bangalore is the Silicon Valley of India, so employers have to be super competitive to attract talent.
