Leadership shouldn't be allowed to behave like this

It’s by far the worst experience I’ve had in my professional life. I’m in CWP, leadership is ineffectual, they do absolutely nothing but the bare minimum, just enough to keep their job. They won’t care about their teams, they don’t care about doing what’s right for the members , they just do the bare minimum to keep their job. It’s atrocious and shocking for a company of this size to allow leaders to behave the way they do, I don’t even feel like I have a manager or any sort of support system. I cannot wait to quit this nightmare of a company, The really sad part is I’m one of the few people that other job, follow the rules and the people that do whatever they want aren’t held accountable. It’s only a matter of time before a member takes legal action due to the irresponsibility of most of the staff.

You are kind saying "leaders" - there is little to none leadership! Leaders truly care - Leaders are people you want to follow / emulate / be around and are inspirational! These people have titles of Manager - Being a leader is not a title, it is quality / trait - and, most of them do not have it!

Leadership is the ability to influence and guide individuals or groups toward achieving common goals. It involves collaboration, inspiration, and the capacity to adapt to changing environments.

What is amazing is that there are so many layers and they just keep hiring "managers". If you look at the org chart there are so many managers that have 1 direct report. Why not eliminate some of those layers and require a manager have 3 - 5 direct reports. But, I know why - they have no people skills! Those managers with 1 direct report have that employee to do their job and it just continues to roll down the org chart until the last rung / "individual contributor". Even that is funny - the managers do not contribute!

Where is the Board? It is amazing they let it get like this!

If you think the leaders are bad, their handlers are even worse. Not sure how some people made the cut. Guess they had to have the requirement of professional bully on their resume. Will throw you under the bus first chance.
