Thinking a subreddit could potentially amplify some voices and bring in other folks who may be unfamiliar with this site.

Would be wise to check how "corpo-friendly" their privacy policy is first. A lot of Reddit accounts are email-verified. And with some of the topics discussed on here, someone's identity could be compromised and they could get the crosshairs on them. Would also advise to use a reputable VPN to access this site as well. You never know...
Good idea. When stuff hits r Pittsburgh about PNC you have people chiming in that clearly don't work there and have no clue what's going on.
It really would be nice to have one if someone will make it. Obviously they are much bigger than PNC, but JP Morgan has a subreddit. I often check it as a proxy for PNC and to help me understand what RTO could actually look like.
Purpose of that Reddit page being what? More voices screaming into the void? More anonymous validations that “we’re fed up and not gonna take it anymore”? More aspirations of AVP? More bandwagoneering of “just do the minimum and make them fire you”? If your misery needs company then just go do it already and don’t goad others. But I agree with “careful what you wish for”.
I’d honestly be careful about that idea, it wouldn’t stay a safe space for long - it’d just turn into a monitoring tool. Management is already all over social media, and if there were a dedicated employee sub, you can bet they’d be watching it heavily trying to control the narrative. Not to mention that every vent post or offhand comment could get reported as a ToS violation and taken down.
