Anyone know why it was pushed to 2/16 instead of 2/11?

Aaahhhh so that's why I haven't seen my scheduled annual review mtg pop up for mid-feb.
It has to do with not trying to lower morale for one week. People will not be happy with no raise or 1% for those 7 days.
Originally we were supposed to receive comp statements on Feb 11; however, we likely won’t get them in time. That’s likely why it was pushed out.
I'd like to know too. Seems to happen most years. Wish they would get their sh-t together.
Maybe that’s why my manager decided to take PTO that day and for the whole week…
