I look forward to being forced to discuss the Superbowl over 1,000 times tomorrow on EVERY call and in every breakroom. It will be a great way to bond teammates. Especially the halftime discussion (which was great, btw!) Now, time to get some rest...Gotta make that hour long drive to the office in the morning.

A coworker was told by their direct manager to limit personal conversations and stay in their cube as much as possible. Talk about mixed signals?
I collaborate with coworkers as much as possible. Bill want us in the office to collaborate, lets collaborate good and hard.
Actual productivity isn't important, badge swipes and bodies in crowded shared working areas is what's important.
