I know a few folks who are still working from home all five days with zero consequences. What makes them so special? Why do we have to honor the official mandate and they don't?

There could be some cases of disability or illness where the employer is required to make reasonable accommodations.
They are still people who can handle 2 full time jobs. One of my coworkers is a full time real estate broker while on T payroll. His supervisor knows about it and does nothing.

My team under Raftelis had a dashboard with hours in the office tracked daily. Clearly AT&T has unequal enforcement because I was fired

A CSO level 4 is in Florida with no reports there. How much more proof is there than they make exceptions for higher ups but not lower levels? Not like they don't know this.
If they are full time office , you should turn them and their managers in. Go to the L3 and L4.

There are people that don’t even abide by the Code of Conduct and get more money and privileges!
I’ve heard people come in, swip the card reader, grab a coffee and log in for an hour or two and head home to finish the day. WTH
I know people in this bucket too. They have cubes in my office with their names on them but they work from home every day.
Which makes it extra funny, the people that never come in have assigned cubes but the people going in have to fight for shared space. What a clown show.
Because the only networking we are good at is buddy networking.
