The only ones happy and staying are the ones in power. The mindless stupervisors and managers are staying put. The favs and hipos are also staying.
Exxon will ruin you get out before it is too late. I went to space x working on electronics. Another exxon runaway is working on robotics.
@OP And a lot of you aren’t getting hired because your only “skill” is navigating the bureaucracy at a large oil company.
