More bad news for worker bees- new head of enterprise strategy. He is from chase & McKinsey. Nothing good will come out if this addition plus our current cohort of d-grade leaders.

@qy They’re here for no purpose whatsoever. It’s over the cliff with or without them.
They will never merge. WF doesn't have any assets that JPM is interested in. Their version is superior in just about every way. The JPM hacks aren't here to bring about a merger, they are here to run it into the ground and therefore eliminate the competition.
@ab question is when is WF and JPM going to merge… there is a reason for all the firings/layoffs and the increase in the number JPM execs coming to WF
Wells Fargo = lil' JPMC
@ar+1kgsvch3f ...it's what I just said
@ae could you explain your statement please
@ad lol sure, any day now
this is actually good news
Makes JPM ultimately buying WIM that much easier.
@a2 "Wells is nothing but JPM execs now" and BNY worker bees and the BE (Bridget). Well I wonder when Wells is going to build its own AI data center. One thing is for sure JPM is easily 5-8 years ahead of Wells. The current management with their lame Azure certification is a joke. Current strategy is simple. Get rid of the current management, who just complain and know nothing, and don't want to learn anything. Get people trained in building platform aware contextually agentic driven solutions. Warning knowledge of mide/mode, phoenix is not going to be of value anymore. All human facilitators of the past will be quickly shown the door. In the new world everybody is going to be everywhere. You won't be tied to any AI vendor or tool.
Good luck. The onslaught of external leaders and layers and matrices thus far has done little so why not sprinkle in some more outsidership to disenfranchise further the employee base at large?
Strategy. LMFAO.
Probably knew that he was never going to be the successor to Jamie.
He was head of corporate strategy at JP Morgan most recently. Wells is nothing but JPM execs now.
