@aj Just a generalized comment here "No plans to train up internal talent." The employee should never expect this from there employer and should take this upon themselves. Maybe use 3-5 hours of work time plus 10-15 hours of the employees own time to better themselves.
@av Many companies when they need to "stretch" money will make payables go from net30 to net45 or net60 due to "internal delays" in staffing or some other excuse they will tell vendors and others but it's really a detailed plan to hold on to the money for a longer period.

@ We live in a world where everyone has access to the information and he stands there and just blatantly lies or ignores it. Top wall street analysts and his own top level employees paint a different picture and people see the bills not being paid at every level of the company.
He's created a culture full of disgruntled employees, won't give them a pay increase and expects extra effort to try and deliver a tough plan to get us out of the mess which he has created.
I get being an Exec is a thankless task in a lot of ways and you will never please everyone, but that utter cockwomble would be out of his depth running the local supermarket.

It's a genuine achievement to talk for that long and say nothing of any substance whatsoever. Could have got a five year old to articulate it better. Buzzword after buzzword filled with corporate BS speak.
We know the deal, we see the numbers, we see the bills not being paid, the good staff being let go at all levels and replaced with imposters.
We see it, investors see it, the world can see it, and they want us to believe it's all positive.
The reinvention didn't work, like nothing works properly in the company. You have and had the people to get out of this but you continue to dump on them from height and expect more for less.

@ae Exactly. No merits. No plans to train up internal talent. Just work faster. I bet they don't even know the full skills of the employees. If IT/AI is so big, they should take current talent put them there then backfill and compete. And also do it faster or fast enough as he said.

@aa or they have been extremely vetted. We cannot ask candid on the spot questions when the SLT visits. People are forced to come up with a question and the question has to "pass". Oftentimes it's the Manager telling you what to ask.
