This has been mentioned a few times before but not sure anyone has taken action. Has anyone actively looked into creating a union? It would give us employees more of a voice over our flexibility, wages, workers rights, etc. It would require a petition for 30% of the company (roughly 15,500 PNC employee signatures) that would need to be on board. Optimistically hopeful.
