I am delighted with the app and the ai it uses. The shift of spend from people to ai was well worth it to please our customers and shareholders alike!
Fake! App is one of the pain points that drives the call volume.. most incompetent leadership driving it.
@OP not so fast... many share with me when they have mobile and fios very confusing to figure out support. Tjrow in Home internet and live agent best
