Just got email from emergency response telling us to wfh tomorrow.
Good news.

I’m in Charlotte and received both emails to WFH on the Mondays. I forwarded it to my manager and asked if that would count as an in office day and was told it would. I have not received any “check in’s” or any mention of not meeting my in office expectations during my 1x1s.
@k6 not buying any of this but definitely not a documented check in without prior knowledge. And if it was anyone, it was your manager.
And since it was your manager, why didn’t you push back and get an explanation? Oh, that’s right. You just sat back and took whatever it was. Because you and everyone else on this board are a bunch of lame pu--y a-s bi--hes.
@k6 you mean your manager did that. I suggest you talk with them
In Charlotte…only came in 2 days…had a documented “check in” in workday for not coming in 3 days last week…received no clarity on why they sent the email on Sunday stating there would be no adverse impacts…nothing surprises me at this point with these POS.
@cp who cares what a report shows or doesn’t show. Have some god damn chutzpah and stand up for yourself. So many pu----s in these threads, smfh.
You show them the email last week saying exactly this: “a relaxed in office policy will be in place during this period, which means there will be no adverse impacts to your in-office adherence”
Your boss or whoever tries to scramble/pull some bullsh-t, you cut them off and say “this sounds like some adverse impacts, which are not allowed per THIS FU--ING EMAIL”.
That’s it.
Why does it matter what your manager says? The email very clearly stated there will be no adverse effects for last week’s in office policy. Just show them that and make them eat their own words.
If it’s anything like last week you’ll have to take PTO or come in later in the week. My manager refused to file an exception last week so I had to take PTO as I couldn’t get into the office to meet all 3 days.
@cx I saw the report
How do you know this?
But... don't assume that you will get any kind of RTO policy weekly "credit" for it. You often won't...
@ak for those who worked from home last Monday as instructed and went to the office 2 days later in the week, the weekly report now shows 2 days in compliance only. Basically they didn't count the day when everyone was told to WFH. What a sh-t show of a company that can't even honor their own words. Plan your attendance this week accordingly since they "stole" our in office days.
We had it last week in Irving; Monday and Tuesday
They don't see these emails for other locations when there is a blizzard or a tornado.
Anyone know how it impacts the Tableau report?
Thanks, I guess?
Got it in Charlotte ..
@OP what locations?
