@2mk I’m afraid of that too.
Came here to say the same thing. Seems like the company is changing its identity. Lots of good people left or got let go over the last few months. I think safety history is going to repeat itself in the near future with all of the roll back on safety.
At least our peers still have retirement plans.
YOU ARE SO RIGHT
It is just mass exodus. Everyone took the company’s advice and did the comparison with peers. What everyone discovered is that peers compensation and benefits are significantly better, so why not get compensation that is better without all the management drama. Maybe our leaders should do a peer comparison to ratio of leaders to employees and I would think they would all get an eye opener. It’s really a no brained on why the exodus.
