Budget was 8%. doesn’t mean that some Businesss may not be higher or the percent changes. No one will know for sure becasue it is horse trading

Have to explain why they haven't created god yet with AI and continue to sink billions into unsustainable AI ventures somehow. Sorry, but the chatbot is still sh*t, karen, no matter what you feed it.
