What have you seen brokers be fired for most commonly when management wants someone gone?

When you lose a client due to death and 5million leaves for a charity based on that clients estate plan, that rep has to explain away why you couldn’t have persuaded said client to donate to the charitable fund. Negative 5mil will land you on the “list” for a coaching memo real quick.
One mistake which it is inevitable that you will make one as the company always sides with the client
They don't need to fire brokers. Natural attrition is already high in that role. If they fire someone it's because they want that specific person gone
Call avoidance. Everything you do can be exaggerated or misinterpreted when they want to pin it on you.
