Have they started mailing tax forms yet?

I called UHG employee center today 1/28/2026 and the automated voice recording said that if you are a former employee inquiring about W-2s that they will be mailed to the last mailing address you had on file with the company before you were laid off. I said they will be post marked by Jan 31st and that if you do not receive it by Feb 16th then you can call them and ask for a reprint to be sent. The number for UHG employee center is 1-800-561-0861
I was laid off as well. I haven’t received mine either and was worried they gave it to me already. Thanks for the question.
@OP I was RIF'd in September and haven't received a W-2 in the mail yet.
@OP they are available on MyHR website for immediate download but unsure when or if they've been mailed.
