B5/M-M/inc. 2500/ Bonus 2500 (this has, been my avg over last 4yrs aswell). Normally E-M but was on paternity leave in 2025.

B5 / E-M / 2% raise / $17,500 bonus.

To put this in context- I was told when I hired in my bonus target was $26k and every year my bonus has gone down. Last year I had M-M and my bonus was higher.

@ck I find this site is more an alternative to Fishbowl than it is strictly for layoff talk. Don't share if you don't want. The annual comp mega threads are useful to see where people are at relative to others. Transparency helps workers; these discussions and salary transparency laws in the few states that have them are the best we have.

Contrary to what this website is used for, why do we even care about compensation information from other people? We cannot change what transpired since last year and most importantly BM can careless of what happens to us this year. This information will only cause hate and discontent within our peers. As a B6 with 25+ years, I already know that I am extremely paid less than B5 and above. I respond now for any responsibilities that I should not be doing that it is above my band level. Yes, I am targeting the B5's as they are too good to answer phone calls from customers, but they tend to inform everybody that they are the experts. This may not apply to all groups, but in my group it is a sensitive topic.

Now, if there is a trend from any group that did not get a merit increase indicating that they may be targeted for layoffs. This is worthy information to post on this website. Do we have such groups that fit this category????

Omit the place, LOB, or both - keep it more anonymous. Even this would be plenty... Just for example made up: B4/M-M/+$2K/$15k
