I would say no!! They approved me to move 4 hours away to take care of my mother who has dementia. Last year they said sorry be back in Covington in two weeks. 25 1/2 year employee bent over after a good relationship for 25 years and 5 months. I wouldn’t trust anyone at Fidelity.
@OP did you even bother to read the posts from employees on this board complaining about having to come back to the office? Are you going to be one of the new hires that needs hand holding for. Every. Single. Thing?!?!
Buy your SVP's family dinner and probably a couple of liq-or bottles to his home, he/she will take care of you, that's fidelity culture
