KG at the town hall made it clear more people are out the door. Community connections already axed. Who is next? More sales people? CSTs? Construction? Corporate? Everybody and they just sell this lifeless corpse of a company?

Well there is a lot that needs to go, from one side of the house for sure the big Z and Cheeseburger. Nothing but inefficient place card holders. They are by far the worst for the sales side of the house. They both are just in power trips and get off on letting the white man go.
I think she is still there milking the company.
Did they finally get smart and dump MB that use to run retail? Or should I say run it into the ground.
How many Directors, Associate Directors, Vice Presidents and Sr. Vice Presidents does it take to make a decision around this company? Only 2-3-4 of those positions probably equate to $1M+ savings with benefits included.
Kristi Moody, the legal brain who said it was OK to spin off the REIT, and that we'd win the lawsuit that we actually lost and put us into bankruptcy.... Has left the building.

Having a bias for action is only good if it has common sense behind it. Often these people that have no clue, make decisions thinking they know it all and it just sc--ws things up even worse. Creating another dumpster fire and more work for the customer facing to deal with. Then they just point blame or create a diversion onto something else so their idiocy is overlooked. They talk big game but have no clue how to walk the walk.
Im hoping its quite a few people to be honest. Would do both sides a favor. Some employees that should be gone are not so it would be a way to get them to a job they can probably actually perform. Same for managers that just need to go. Idle threats dont work collecting a paycheck. These people stifle innovation or just simple ideas to the well thats how we always done it.
It’s almost all a train wreck nobody is happy customers or employees. Most of the management is worthless. Start with underperforming managers and fix the horrible call systems
@gr hearing a lot of them being 'deer in headlights'. Stuff I've seen yeah they have a really, really, simplified idea of how a large telecom operates.
The new guys have no idea how the company works so I predict they will cut good with the bad then scramble to repair the damage.
Who knows with these Verizon fu-kboys in charge.
Layoffs will never end in this Industry. Worrying about it means you’re in a position you worry you can’t be hired anywhere else for. If that’s the case.. well then, that says a lot all on its own.
