What’s the typical bonus amount for a Sr. Lead Bus Execution Consultant?

probably small if you're not in a rev gen position
I’ve been in a bonusable position for about 15 years now. I’ve never seen more than 12%. Usually 9 to 10%
My bonus was over 40k when I had your same title. That was a couple years ago so ymmv.
Mine is 15k but I have been around for 10 years
Probably around $5-10k
Wondering this myself. Was promoted from hourly so this is my first bonus and I don't believe a percentage is in any of my paperwork from when I got the promotion. No idea if it's $50 or $5000
@by for the first year and possibly the second, yes
@by probably
The range is wide though. Like 20%-80%
still a secret. hmmmm
so if I had a stated $ figure on my offer letter, is that likely the best I'll do?
Hopefully around whatever was on your offer letter. People need to realize whatever you negotiate (or not) your bonus to be, is the starting point. It won't really go way up or down over the course of your career because budgets are usually flat or down, with the occasional slightly up.
It should be on your offer letter.
It used to have a 30% of salary target, but now it’s a big HR secret.
