What's even the strategy anymore? We keep losing customers and value, but all we hear are excuses. The big transformational plan they promised has been a total failure. Instead of fixing the core issues, they just cut more people and shuffle org charts. It makes you wonder if anyone at the top has a clue how to stop the slide or if they even care.

I really like how my severance letter sates my position was eliminated, but promptly filled with someone else in another group all under the guise of "business needs" I used to say nice things about this company, not any more.

It’s the best leadership gig ever. Just hound your team to complete pulse surveys, pretend like everything is an emergency, blame failure on all the overlapping teams and big 4 decisions, and collect your riches. And make a LinkedIn post or 10 about how you’re so grateful and energized and excited.
Problem is that the same leadership is still in place, doing what they always do..... overhype and under deliver. Until Dan starts cleaning out some of stagnant execs, nothing will change.
Verizon 2.6 is so secret that not even the leadership knows what the plan is.
Remember the leaders who created all this mess....except for the Swede, they all are still there contributing to the "plans"......doing the same all over again and expecting different results....what a sxxxt show!
Isn't Dan telling us the plan on 2/5? I doubt it will be as successful as Project 624 and Bluejeans but it will still be a plan. Our leaders are visionaries.
