Generally curious if people have peaced out since RTO. I know of one person who gave notice after a week back in office. I’m guessing a number of people thought they would be let to in the last round but survived. I can definitely see more people leaving after bonuses are distributed.

My team is still intact. No one left because of RTO. Now leaving because of stagnant salaries is another thing. Though I saw some promotions were happening.
@m2 You already qualified for your bonus on Jan 1. So if you left today, they would still pay you your bonus.

@jv When you quit, do you get health insurance for the rest of the month or does your health insurance end on your last day of work?

@mv I think there is a business multiplier, depending on what area you work on. I don’t know how those multipliers vary between business units though.
The performance multiplier was flat across the board because there weren’t any reviews to measure against.
@ey Where is your info coming from? At VH town hall before the holiday break, we were told bonuses would include multiplier.
In Europe, only the top bosses, those who do the least work, as everywhere else, receive bonuses.
I'm waiting to get bonus. I'll re-start job search soon to time things right (get bonus, hopefully will have an offer close to that timeframe).
I quit and HR said as long as you were working for the company on Jan 1 you will qualify for bonus (that is if they give out bonuses)

Yes, I know of several, and people are getting offers with larger salaries and less RTO requirements. Hopefully this is a sign the job market is shifting in a better direction.

Wait until they learn there are no bonuses this year.
I know of about seven. Wait until bonuses hit and we will undoubted see more.
