@13qp big time intel Brent is very good at lying to corporate about the sites true numbers and also very good at running the site on pennies like an African tent hospital.. is it good for long term success? Absolutely not. But it allows Brent to have a soft retirement landing so here we are.

I think it’s freaking diabolical how quick some of you are to defend Brent. I’ve watched him talk down to employees, lose his temper, and give people answers that don’t add up. He wanted a full forensic investigation over the “sherm duel” prank. At a town hall, an employee asked a legitimate question, and Brent embarrassed him in front of everyone.
He also asked an employee a very personal question that he shouldn't have asked I mean a question that HR should get involved in.
Brent, those lunches don’t feel like an effort to get to know us. They feel like a way to find out who agrees with you and who will stroke your ego. I’m not going to pretend you’re a great leader because other people are willing to defend you and deep stroke your ego.
I’ll keep speaking up in this chat about what I’ve seen and about the problems with management at this site. Nobody is going to shut me up.

@vve every single room in Hudson is a sweatshop and we end up swimming on the floor all day. Never seen a modern facility struggle with environmental control so bad.. what is management doing? Its like 75F on the floor and humid as fu-k and no one cares while we sweat all day every singl room except the offices where they sit of course

At Intel he sat in the clouds and didn't have to think or make actual day to day decisions. He is a total buffoon and we are all doomed unless he decides to retire.
