Mid year and end of year IM, with both reviews claiming I was trending towards IM. In a DF group that has seen very few cuts. How scared should I be?

In a risk group? Be very worried. Word is they are trying to cut 25%
I don’t know if you will or won’t be impacted, but there will be layoffs in Risk next week. And there was also a compensation decision in Risk that will impact the majority.
Buh-bye
Strong guidance from on high shifted in Q4 to “2 IMs - terminate” So a MY and YE IM - you’re highly likely going to be exited shortly.
@OP take all the advice here with a grain of salt. There's zero way to tell if it's a legitimate comment or a troll.
The only valuable advice would be from the person who makes the decision, who is not likely to be here offering advice.
@a9 No, you're going to get fired. Keep applying to jobs.
Y’all, I am job hunting ( OG poster) but it’s not easy. There’s nothing out there. It says trending towards a meets in both IM reviews… surely that’ll help?
I had one year end IM and was laid off the week midyear reviews from Manager were scheduled. I have heard they are firing those with IMs. I would be applying for other jobs at another company.
You should be applying to as many jobs as you can right now.
