Just turned in my resignation. I'll really miss the team, all of them are great people. This company itself is a completely different story, though. For anyone else feeling stuck, there are better options out there if you are persistent in looking. Wishing you all the best going forward.

Congratulations! If you leave now will they still give you any bonus though or will they claw it back? I’m tempted to do the same but won’t put in my notice until it’s deposited into my account.

Bo-m! Congrats and good luck! This place has a way of reminding everyone that you have little to no authority or control over your career future at BNY. It's empowering when you see others who have the courage to step out, especially when it's by choice.
