at least I hope so. This is a complete and utter s*its-how.
What is going on?

@a2 didnt he just hire a Communications VP? how come there is communication
@a4 just hope he remembers to let us all know how today's mood self-assessment went. I'm on the edge of my seat.
Verizon leadership is not capable of self reflection. From Director up to C level, they will blame everyone else. Those below Director level will take the beatings and admit guilt.
Happens every single time.
Which leader will be the first to gaslight us with “apart from the outage, which impacted a portion of our customers, we still have the best network”.
I wonder if Dan will appear on media to publicly apologize. This is part of his strategy to become scrappy. Ge-z, its really stupid. I dont get paid that much but shouldnt be the first priority is ensure network performance, then reinvesting next. VZ cant even do the first job how can they win the next.
C suite respond? See previous playbook, where Dan dropped the lay off announcement and there was C Suite silence for a month . Except for the leaks here, thank you very much . We found out what was happening from the news! I doubt this will be different
Ceo apologize, be a man and step down. You are the face of the company and have to take the fall.
@OP Nope! It’s going to be another day of BS’ing. We gotta stick with what we know! Self-reflection and reckoning aren’t part of our repertoire!
As a customer having a phone less useful for communicating than a pair of old soup cans for the better part if a day, has delighted me as well as my friends and family.
Thanks, Tiger 🐅 and the geniuses on the mobile side of the company.
You'd think these worthless d-bags would have gotten ahead of the issue and at least sent a company-wide internal email to say hey, your sh#it isn't working so you know. But no I just racked my head against the wall all afternoon going WTH? Why can't I get through to folks and my tokens won't push to my phone. Place is worthless.
Great news vteamers! Hans is being paid $20M this year for his strategic advice. Our talented thought leaders look forward to his insights once he gets done with his morning run. And our c suite drops their kids off at school and posts about it on LinkedIn. Oh and some might be on a guilt free vacation. Sampath may be busy answering emails for project 624. Actually never mind we need to focus on pulse survey participation and volunteering instead tomorrow. And some random reorgs that make no sense. So proud of all we accomplished today. Let’s go!
The buck stops at the BOD. That's why they're well compensated.
@a1 Responding is Schulman's job, as CEO, to respond, privately to the BOD and publicly apologize to all the Verizon customers.
Will the Board of Directors response be more than crickets?
