When will promotion, raise and RSU refresh be notified for Feb 2026 cycle?

@y3 no it’s because they cut it in two this year to have more budget for AI. No I’m not kidding.
So the one spring raise I can find a document for went out end-of-May. Applied in early August.
But mid-year raises, promotions, and RSUs haven't been common, at least for me.
Is there promotion ? Or is it just merit increase?
It's only going to be cash/merit, no stock. Budget will be very minimal, similar to the one in Q1. Don't expect much unless you are a top performer/flight risk.
Lucky if you keep your job.

It's May, not February. And if it tracks to the fall ones likely March.
