Raise and bonus disappointing again. It is a morale ki-ler considering that just yesterday the bank reported such strong earnings and the stock price. The kicker is that we now have less experienced staff and more work heaped upon us. Welcome to 2026.

@bb 30% is the largest bonus percent I've ever heard of here. How did you manage that?
1% merit. 2.2% incentive. I think I manifested the wrong 1% club. I’ll have to have a talk with the universe.
They actually had the stone cold nerve to cite “employee raises” as a noteworthy component of rising expenses in the analyst earnings call, on the same day they’re handing out 1-2% to high performers. They are lacking any human qualities.
3% raise , 10k bonus, $500 in stocks, got meets
@bc That's what happened to me. Still got a small bonus, but no merit after the "adjustment".
@ar yes because ratings werent the only thing they altered. They altered merit as well after mgmt entered them
Meets 1.3% merit, 30% bonus
Don't forget to deduct that 5% off the top of your bonus that was sent into the void.
Get ready for it:
Significantly exceeds
1.5% merit
Additional $1.8k bonus
If been here a long time so I've had tons of disappointments but this year takes the cake
Exceeds. 2% raise, 11-13% percent bonus. Manager said they did the best they could. Should I believe that?
Had an Exceeds Expectation EOY review.
2.5% raise
$1k increase in bonus.
This place is a joke.
@a7 what’s your bonus percentage and level..
Timed deliberately to drive more attrition.
@a7 anyone could have told you that. Stop busting a-s because sadly no one above gives a sh-t about you
Got the same 2% of last year
Bonus flat, even tough I got a better rating.
Extra effort does NOT pay off
Absolutely soul crushing!
The typical 1.3 percent over my way.
