With everything that's been happening I've been looking and applying like crazy for a couple of months and all I'm getting is complete silence in return. I don't remember it being this bad even at the start of the pandemic. To say I'm worried would be an understatement.

@171 there is not even a single qualified AI engineer in BD and our CIO talks big on AI as if she understands technology.
only AI and data center construction is booming, everything else is dead. If you don't have bitcoin you better get some ASAP, the future will be AI agents using BTC for transactions, everybody else will be broke AF.
Seems like many companies have ghost jobs posted to appear as if they are growing, but they are not really hiring those roles.
@OP yes, market is extremely bad. If market was good, BD would have seen an exodus of talent due to the way we treat good people. Working for most BD managers is insulting in a way, most of them are pure id--ts and got the position by unfair means. I was lucky to got out before market was this bad.
