I’ll let you guys know what my CB bonus increase is this year.
CEO and executive compensation is the most egregious and blatant form of wage theft. We do the work. They TAKE the reward. No one even blinks. Start blinking.
rank and file bonuses will be down 5 to 40% but if you add in the increase our sr. executives will get it will average out to overall bonuses across the firm being up.
When articles or folks talk about bonuses for banking, it's usually for CIB type business.
Bonus inflation only happens at the top.
