@a1 I heard the person who hired me recently pivoted careers and is currently taking coding boot camp. It has been a couple years since I was hired. I find it strange that this person with zero qualifications what I’m worth. Who is the absolute buffoon who hired him? And so on? Until the whole lineage is traced back to the root mo--n.
What has the hiring team ever built to be able to relate? If a manager performs theft or misallocation to credit for one’s contributions, who in HR can relate or understand? They’re all useless people. Committee included. They are easily manipulated by other bad actors that have power internally, in fact, the HR has power internally too which they use to manipulate each other when caught. It’s just a web of confusing fu-kery, it’s not really confusing, but that’s what they confidently make it seem like it is.
