Presidents Cabinets, do I have a chance?

Vteamer here in the West area, I am currently ranked enterprise top 30 but I do not qualify as my VZ Protect rate is not at 55% heading into December

it is at 52% Can I still get it? Or is the percentage game too hard to obtain?

@1jt thought it was based on Enterprise overall ranking and if the reps didn't meet one of the minimum % (100% VHI, 80 % RIS, .60 perks ratio, 55% VZ Protect rate, that they would be disqualified ..... So you could be #1 in the entire company and be disqualified... If it's pick and choose... That's wild

Former Director here. Presidents club winners weren’t actually chosen for KPIs. They would choose based upon who were recommended by their District Managers. The KPIs were just a qualifier. I can recall many managers and SMs, top performing reps that we did not send because of this.

@15x yeah but that makes too much sense and Asurion has already jumped the shark. Maybe the could make up the difference with all the home insurances they add to customers accounts with out their permission. Asurion is such a trash company.

Insurance should be a % of the device not a flat rate. $16 a month to cover a gizmowatch..... $19 a month to cover a iphone certified pre owned and a 17 pro max when the device cost between the two is over a thousand dollar difference. Customers do the math trust me. The insurance per month should be 1% of the device retail cost. We would sell wayyy more.

@vs chargebacks have nothing to do with the OP's question. It's the insurance percentage he/she is referring to. To qualify, one needs 55% to qualify as one of the metrics.

Lets be realistic, there is no chance in hel1, you can slam all day and will not get that percentage where you need it. Should have slammed harder earlier in the year. Im guessing you had some major chargebacks as well. That definitely shows integrity.

Sorry Charlie!! With a few days left at 52% you quite a few hundred to get to 55% just to qualify. Your Absolutely disqualified!!! Thats so disgusting!! They should value all the growth you brought to the company. Instead the wanna base it on a worthless metric you have No control over!! You can't force people to purchase Asurion. Let the company save them selves 15k the payout for your trip!! Ps. Don't forget your get taxed 40% on the trip about 6k... lol just enjoy your high dollar commission checks!!

Maybe he cares because he wants to be promoted? I remember I was given a cash payout for not attending this trip years ago...maybe he will not be laid off because he is a top of the notch performer

I am surprised VZ still makes any effort to have these boondoggles. I am also surprised anyone cares and actually wants to attend. They are a shell of what they once were, employees are not valued and your performance this year will have zero bearing on if your position exists in 2026. Why would anyone have any interest in traveling to hang out with VZ leadership? I avoid interacting with any of them at all costs, unless I am craving a word salad.
