Go ahead & tell me you feel so super confident in how things are going with Cisco, ELT, Splunk, etc. that there won’t be a LR announcement at Feb 2026 earnings call. And you know who gets caught up in these LRs, right? Those who save the company the most in LRs… new directors, senior managers, etc… But, go ahead & pretend nothing will happen & no LRs in 2026… Good luck with that… I’m looking specifically at you SBG group…

Whether or not it will be in February will remain to be seen but one thing is for sure it’s going to come crashing down soon. Cisco does not have differentiation to justify nuts pricing. “Solutions” like ACI and SDA and other clumsy marketectures try to justify expensive subscription licenses that create more problems then they fix. A ton of smoke and mirrors that customers starting realise they’re being had. Looks great in PPT and mockups but reality is very different from sales pitch.
