@em Look for Hagerman's Ask Me Anything recording from this week. Every time I watch a "leader" talk, I get more disgruntled. They would be better off just not saying anything. At least I could think they were pathetic without knowing they're pathetic.

Not sure what you Teammates were expecting from a Wells exec. His arrogance fits the mold that SunTruist loves.
It was more his assistant that was live filtering (and maybe unbeknownst to him, poorly summarizing into softballs) and Steve called him out on it after seeing a chat bubble, and for also trying to end the meeting 16 minutes early. That dude looked a little nervous the rest of the way. Hopefully that means he at least looks back on the actual questions submitted.
He seemed to get a touch testy about someone noticing the AMA leads off with a significant portion of monologue in the chat though. And it seemed like he genuinely had been kept in a bubble about how the review system has worked since forever apparently, the bell curve and adjustment to available money, not necessarily based on contribution. Can't have too many exceeds. Someone one this board reported that last year the brit said "it's my money" about the cuts. I think that coke head Steve Balmer invented roughly that motivational tool in the 90s at m$.
And then from a softball about service specifics he outed himself as a spook and then ominously showed that someone had given him cr-p about being a marine with the crayon/mre gag gift. Or maybe did that first, either way, lol, he definitely knows who did it and thought it was funny to tell them in front of everyone if they even picked up on it.
How he handles this will tell me everything I need to know going forward.
