AI written year end reviews

My manager just told me they had Copilot write the year end reviews for all of their employees.. Is this the glorious future we've all been waiting for? Our performance and raise dependent on AI?

Retail banking is obsolete like toll takers. No one with money needs banks. Not getting more traffic anytime soon with fewer illegals. Just my opinion

Most people are using AI to write their evaluations now. Also, it seems you didn't know that managers basically copy and paste your self evaluation and taking it.

Also, the written review may not have a huge impact on your comp. Sometimes they are mutually exclusive.

Considering my year-end review is basically a copy/paste of my year-end self-evaluation provided to my manager, why wouldn't it be something thrown into and regurgitated out of an AI space filler?

Most managers don’t check in with teams or know what they actually do. Another great win for our managers who sit in meetings all day and don’t manage anything.

They may as well, it’s a largely perfunctory exercise at this place. I don’t think I’ve ever been coached in five years here..
