What do developers typically get in yearly increase? What about bonus? I joined as a senior associated in February (US, not NYC). I've heard people say it's $1000. Some say it's 5-15% of your yearly salary.

For a non-director in TSG engineering, making a normal salary (175k to 225k), typical raise is only about 2.5%. Typical bonus about 12% of salary, around $25k.
raises are probably 1.5 to 2 % this year. I have never seen 15 % here in all my decades, even with promotions. Even 5 % sounds high unless it's a promotion, and sometimes they promote with no money or at least they did that a few times.
15% would be really high. 5% ish is a good bet. 3-10% would be the range I’d expect.
