The issue is the job market is a complete dumpster fire. Good luck trying to find a better paying job right now.
This is a no brainer. I don't have to use the calculator to know the average raise at MDT is below inflation. This short fall compounds(grows faster) the longer you have worked here!
This is not a company to make a career. I suggest any one here use it as a stop gap, stepping stone or just getting started.
