With all the uncertainty, my productivity was lower than ever. It wasn't even intentional, I just couldn't concentrate on work.

As I've been repeatedly told over years the only way to earn a higher salary at PepsiCo is to leave and come back. And I've seen it happen multiple times.
This week didn't change my work ethic any, I still worked hard doing 3 peoples jobs like always. What will make me change is when I see my raise and bonus for this year, if the company chooses to give me a 3 and 1.5% then going forward that will be my work effort. My work life balance will get a makeover, no nights or weekends, no checking in during holidays and vacations and no 5 level work thinking it will make a difference when KPIs are controlled by decisions at a SR level!
The first few comments are from THE troll that resides on this forum. Pathetic.
B1 is spot on.
Dude. Unlike the others who posted here, I get you. Talking is all about what’s coming. Every meeting is dissected to see if there’s anything that will help understand what’s coming. The negative comments here are those who feel betrayed and are career PepsiCo people with no backup plan. You be you and educate yourself to protect your brand if the time comes.
You’re so far of. Base it’s not even funny
A professional gets the work done and expands their skills vs moping.
I’m betting you are younger than most of your coworkers - if so, here’s a newsflash for you: You aren’t retiring from Pepsi at 65 after a 35 year career.
Work on your skills and grow - the only way to protect yourself from some Corporate Sl--e pillaging a company for personal gain.
You think of it as a career, but waste your time because you have the sadz over what might happen?
That thinking will take you far in life.
I like to read this forum but I don’t GAF enough to let any of the content dictate how I work. It was business as usual on my performance and effort.
But I enjoy the predictions and entertainment…
Pathetic maybe but it was that way for many people who think of it as a career vs. those of you who think of it as a job.
Pathetic.
How old are you?
