If you see H1B job postings on internal website and paper postings in the office, report them to the government. It’s discrimination against American. They fire American hire Indians.

Hahahaha. Let me guess, by "American" you mean white, right? Well the Indians work harder, faster, cheaper and they don't whine all the time. While you are at it go report AI also. It's funny you still think this administration cares about you.
Doesn't matter. There are a couple of very specific scenarios under which an employer can get its wrist slapped. Been spelled out here several times.
@a3 H1B program is intended to help employers fill labor shortages where they cannot find a qualified U.S. worker. Currently and in recent past, there have been no shortages of US citizens for jobs. But, employers are no longer making any effort to find or give opportunity to more-than-qualified US workers.

You truly have no clue what you are (whining) about... You really need to spend some time on the DOL site. There are just a couple of conditions where a company (has to) hire a domestic worker vs someone on H-1B.
p.s. I'm as generic white/N European as they come. I just don't whine.
