1.) Will severance be forfeited if separation occurs due to transition to LTD?
2.) Will LTD be denied if employee on STD is even offered the chance to sign for severance?

I would come back from STD and then work on LTD benefits during your final 30 days on payroll assuming Sedgwick is handling LTD
STD and LTD are benefits for employees.
