In the spirit of the day, put down one thing you're grateful about working here. For me it's my pay. When I joined five years ago, I got a nice pay bump and it's kept up over the years. It's not enough to make up for all the other issues, like subpar benefits and toxic culture among many other issues, but at least there's something.

Working at T is easy. 8 and out not a worry in the world. To be honest I only work like 2 hours a day at best. Show up go to breakfast then surf the internet for a couple hours then off to lunch. After lunch surf the internet a little more then head home. Being in management is simple becasue you have people under you that do all the work. Its a joke!
Um, the pay check.
Thankful for average folks to earn some sort of of living and don’t have to be Walmart greeters
Thankful for the Midwest Pension from Ameritech. Sooo sooo thankful.
I am grateful that Stankey is just a few years away from mandatory retirement.
Grateful I still WFH, for my consistent paycheck, and for the people on my direct team.
I'm unon.
The pay.
8 hour days.
Monday - Friday
Job security or a big severance on the way out.
Grateful for:
- Lack of seating.
- Fist fights over said seats.
- Overflowing stinky trash bins.
- Bathrooms with clogged toilets.
- loud nosey work neighbors.
- Having to talk about confidential personnel issues on the phone while working in open space.
I am grateful for 8 hour days. I have a lot of friends working 12 hour days. Not me, home be four o'clock every day. Its actually rather nice.
Great money for no degree. Funny how a guy with no degree makes as much as a guy with a masters here.
Money is good, I’ve seen good managers and bad.
Making. Damn good money for doing nothing. This is a living dream, lovin' it!
I appreciate T's welfare state.
I’m thanks for all of the gullible T customers who continue to pay for sh-t service from a declining company, and thus giving payroll the cash to keep sending me a paycheck!
Grateful to T for supporting through thick and thin through out these years. Shame on me for not utilizing the free time to upskill and jump ship.
paycheck
Grateful I started at Pacific Bell and had a 7 figure pension (lump sum) when I walked out the door to add to a very healthy portfolio .... and can watch the mo--ns (aka Sr Leadership) and grin with leaving on my terms and warm my hands to the dumpster fire lit by Stanley.....
I am grateful that we have so many possible ways to not work but still get paid and be able to laugh about it while staying active with a fun and healthy lifestyle.
