I’m a WFH employee in the Loyalty department. Any word yet regarding us? So far it’s been crickets.

Loyalty department ? Obviously that didn’t work so yes they should be gone.
@ae yes, you can’t make people stay when you have a multitude of issues. You can blame the top for that, because saving someone then their price increasing a week later or another person lies to them will undo the work so don’t diminish hardworking frontline workers in this moment when leadership is to blame.

@ae Loyalty and CASE are pretty pivotal customer facing roles, if they lose anyone it will likely be because they were doing very poorly
Based on the outflow of subscribers, the real question is " Verizon has a loyalty department?"
