LMAO!!! The article says IBM and Cisco plan to have a POC proof of concept done by 2030?!?!?!?! OMG 2030?! Pathetic. IBM THINKS it has "partners" like AWS, MSFT, Cisco etc etc who all would like nothing better than to migrate all of IBM's customers off IBM "stuff" to their own. It is called a Trojan Horse Strategy!
