It’s disheartening to hear what’s happening with the converse team being left hanging with their fingers crossed and no clue what, who, or when, layoffs will impact. Why do this for so long dragging it out with no communication? Folks in VP and director level seats seem to be the problem and the real contributors are disregarded and silenced. Things aren’t looking good.

@7bw 35% laid off next week
Any updates?
Agree with OP - the cut list should be obvious, especially Directors with no ability to direct.
Nike: “We are sad to announce a reduction in head count within our team of senior directors of design operations in shoe lace innovation.”
Converse: “The marketing team will now absorb all janitorial and HR roles into a single junior level role. Also no lunch.”
“Converse and emea are on different timelines”. Like Loki
Move converse hq to itc
Converse is a skeleton as it is, unless they sell off the brand, I don't think they can do a lot to cut them
You have no influence on layoff decisions. Just do bare minimum work while looking for your next job. And collect that paycheck. Look out for yourself. It’s called At Will employment. Good luck!
