Pulse VPN - multiple drops throughout the day

Anyone else experience this? I can't be the only one, and it's pretty much everyday.

Why? Why does Wells struggle so badly with something so simple?

It's nothing new either. This started a couple years ago and never improved. There's no regularity to it, so it's not something that tech support can help me with. The problem is further upstream than me.

It's VPN. It shouldn't be this hard!

Stop working remote and get into the office.

Do you have an HP ProBook? There is a known issue with the Wifi adapter for those and Tech is swapping them out.

You guys don’t have the Pulse Secure profile switcher? Ha. Can’t say I have to use it often but on the rare occasion there are issues with the gateway I’m connecting to I switch and poof, problems gone for the next year.

Happens to me all the time. Call tech support......they have zero idea.
Tech support at Wells Fargo cannot solve anything

Never used to have an issue with Pulse, but then they started pushing RTO and now it typically drops 2-3 times per day. The odd thing is that I've been told by my LOB that due to job function I'm 100% WFH.

Get off the WiFi and plug into a hard wired connection…. Issue solved.

happens all the time. I can sometimes go 2-3 weeks, then i'll have a day where it just refuses to stay connected until I change the pulse configuration and I'll be good for the rest of the day. If it were just our internet, changing the pulse configuration shouldn't make a difference.

Just you compadre. I almost never have a problem. It's happened I think twice over the past year to me. If your internet keeps dropping, then you need to log in to pulse again.

Maybe get a better ISP
