Turn it around employees. Zero identity or evolution.
To EH: this isn’t 2010. Try something new for once. The old playbook is dusty.

Nobody to lead NKE into the future, and even if there was, politics and toxic management would push them out. All employees will just keep doing the same safe stuff, get paid, go home, complain, and the company will slowly get worse while other brands catch up and offer identical or better product. NKEs glory days are done for.
@OP The playbook isn’t the issue. The wrong people are in charge. Tell me, is there anyone you can look to and think, “I want to be like them”?
Stock price going to fall below 60 soon!
Stale leadership. Rolling my eyes into the back of my head every time VPs regurgitate empty corporate jargon over us. Pro tip: your buzzwords aren’t inspiring anyone.
@et they do, just check the woman's section!
All the important ppl who actually knew how to run this business were fired or left on their own volition before 2020
If Nike can make a shoe that can load and unload the dishwasher, I would pay full retail. Now that’s innovative!
@dv
How innovative can a shoe be?’
A lot more than what we’re seeing right now. Kobe’s line changed the idea of what a basketball shoe should look like, took the entire game to low-tops. that was actual vision. Nike used to do that. Now it’s the same retro parade on repeat like nobody notices.
It’s a shoe with different colors. How much more innovative can it be?
$50 stock by year end. Don’t believe me? Go to the the app or the website and go to latest drops and tell me what innovation you see, what a hot new products do you see?
It’s the same old stuff…. Jordan retro, other retro … celebrity/influencer collab and apparrel influenced by whatever fashion trend was in two years ago.
parasite
