Not sure what's up, but many on my team didnt receive this week's email from C-suite about RTO expectations.
HR, we know you watch this board, so please recheck your distribution and send. Never had this happen before with company-wide email.

No one that I am aware received any such email.
This company can't even send an important email to staff correctly. We're doomed. And those who didn't get it are exempt from RTO, I guess? jk
Maybe the only people who got the email were the ones who weren’t compliant (i.e. on the “Naughty List”). Just a thought?🤷🏻

Im part of Digital Mktg staff (corporate office) and didn't get the email, either. So odd. Others on my team did.

Sault sent an email to Technology referencing it. I'm in Tech. Never got it.
My main observation so far with the 2023 push on RTO - haven't seen a single reminder to not come into the office if you're sick (and especially if you have Covid). No doubt this is going to incentivize people to come in sick and get their coworkers sick because they don't want to get on the naughty list.

Rto implementation is by lob. It’s not enterprise-wide. It depends on who your O.C. Leader Is.

The email said it was sent to… to staff. That’s not everybody.

I didn't receive it but several colleagues did. Maybe only people who weren't compliant got it?
